📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 7-16 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
  • Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new drops).

🌍 International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.
    Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.
    Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their country.

🏠 Address & Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
    Museum'88 is not responsible for:
  • Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
  • If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local carrier and then reach out to us at museum8eight@gmail.com for assistance.

🔄 Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Because we process orders quickly, we can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed.
