- Thank you for shopping with Museum'88. Each piece we ship is handled with care, and we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely.
📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped within 7-16 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
- Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new drops).
🌍 International Shipping
- We currently ship to select international destinations.
Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their country.
🏠 Address & Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Museum'88 is not responsible for: - Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs
- Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
- If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local carrier and then reach out to us at museum8eight@gmail.com for assistance.
🔄 Order Changes or Cancellations
- Because we process orders quickly, we can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed.
