🏷️ Museum'88 Return & Refund Policy

  • At Museum'88, we want every piece you wear to feel like art.
    If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

🔁 Returns

  • We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • ✅ Items must be:

  • Unworn & unwashed

  • In original packaging with tags attached

  • Returned with proof of purchase

  • 🚫 Non-returnable items:

  • Final-sale or clearance pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Digital or custom items

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an update.
    Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return doesn’t meet the conditions above, we may issue store credit instead.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color?
    Contact us before sending anything back — we’ll help you set up a quick exchange or guide you through a re-order.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Received the wrong item or something damaged?
    Please email museum8eight@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.

📦 How to Start a Return

  • We’ll reply with return instructions and a return address.

  • Ship your item back within 7 days of approval.
